OWNER BENEFITS:

• Our platform provides $0 fees for owners (unlike Airbnb  & VRBO)

• CRM renter database

• Social Media Marketing for owner properties

• Promotions to drive additional bookings when needed - win/win for owners and renters

• Property Management fee ranging from 17-20% - See below the Property Management activities that we conduct

• Security Deposit of $1500 will be required for renters.  If damage occurs, funds from the security deposit will be utilized. If no damages are incurred, the security deposit will be fully refunded

• A binder with local insights will be provided to each property owner. This will be available within the house to inform and guide your renters regarding the local activities.  Example:  Boyne Adventure Center,  Waterpark, Spa, skiing insights, Deer Lake, wineries,  restaurants,  Boyne City events, boat rental locations, grocery stores and more.

RENTER BENEFITS:

• Our Platform Fee: Renters will have a minimal fee of $200 per rental  Note: Eliminates high fees from Airbnb and VRBO (~$450-$2800) 

  • Note: Taxes, cleaning fees, and ~3% credit card will be broken out separately from the rental fee
