CHECK-IN POLICIES
Check-In Time: 4pm

​Address and Directions to the property will be provided

 

The following codes will be provided at least 3 days before Check-In
 

  • Gate Code: To enter into the gated community
     

  • Front Door Code: Entry to the house, use the key pad on the door to the right


HOUSE RULES
Safety & Security

  • Renter must be 25 or over and show a valid drivers license
     

  • No smoking or vaping on premises

​

  • No pets
     

  • No parties - Quiet time after 10pm

​

  • Notify Northern Adventures:

    • If anything has been broken​

    • If you have questions

​

CHECK-OUT POLICIES
Check-Out Time: 10am

Gather Used Towels

  • Put used towels/wash clothes into the tub or shower


Throw Trash Away

  • Take kitchen trash out to the garbage cans located outside in
    cedar bins adjacent to the garage


Turn Things Off

  • Unplug coffee pot and Keurig

  • Turn all of the indoor and outside lights off
     

Lock Up

  • Ensure to lock all doors within the house, including the
    screened-in porch

  • Lock the key pad on your way out by clicking the Lock symbol


Additional Requests

  • Clear all food from the refrigerator, freezer, pantry.

  • Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start it

  • If a bed has been used, please do not make that bed.  This will
    enable the housekeeping team to know which beds to clean


Pull down blinds in bedrooms

  • Check each room for any personal items left behind


Friendly reminder that checkout time is 10am

  • The cleaning staff will arrive soon afterwards.  Our policy
    contains $100 charge per hour for late checkout
